geek sleep sheep - kaleidoscope
Influenced by the shoegaze subgenre of
alternative rock that emerged from the United Kingdom in the late 1980s, Japanese supergroup geek sleep sheep appear set to take Japan by storm with their unique take on the genre. The bands second album "candy" is slated for release on May 20, and will feature the song "kaleidoscope" which was recently unveiled in their latest PV.
"kaleidoscope" is Heavy and sentimental, from its sobering yet endearing vocal track, right down to the cool and atmospheric accompaniment. The bands ability to convey such deep and compelling emotions through their use of expressive vocals and various instrumentation techniques, is testament to the groups exceptional musical prowess. Perfect for unwinding to during a long drive, or just sitting back and loosing yourself in the music, geek sleep sheep hit it out of the park with their hazy and thought provoking new piece.
